The Meeting Place @ HQ provides a boutique meeting space available for full day or half day hire.
The Meeting Place @ HQ offers a professional environment with the layout designed to facilitate conferences, mediation, presentations and training workshops.
The Meeting Place @ HQ comprises of three well-appointed Meeting Rooms, a Boardroom and a shared lounge area (including tea/coffee facilities).
The entire facility can be booked as a Meeting Place Package to secure privacy for you and your participants. The Meeting Place @ HQ is operational during business hours however can be booked for early morning or after-hours meetings as required.
The Meeting Place @ HQ is conveniently located on Level 2, of the HQ Building in Robina, across the road from Robina Central, next door to the Robina Town Centre and just off the M1, at exit 82.
Onsite basement parking is available for the mediator/arbitrator, while attendees can find ample free parking on surrounding streets, limited visitor parking is also available at the HQ building.

OUR ROOMS
The Meeting Place @ HQ offers the perfect package for offsite meetings, such as Mediation, Arbitration, Board Meetings, Business Planning and small group Training.
Each room in The Meeting Place @ HQ has been given a name to assist you in assigning a room to your guests. Our Boardroom is named “Girraween” which was inspired by the artwork of Kate Marek titled ‘Girraween in Flood’ which hangs in the room. Girraween, meaning ‘place of flowers’, is a national park on the Queensland – New South Wales border which also brings a spectacular wildflower display among the granite in spring. The other meeting rooms are named after Australian flowering plants – Banksia, Acacia and Waratah.
